Jillian joined the SLG Management Team with a reputation as a dedicated health care/human services professional with more than seventeen years of professional experience working in specialized medical and community-based settings. 

Jillian entered the medical field in 2008 as an Admitting Team Lead in the emergency department at The Hospital of Central Connecticut, where she developed her supervisory and training skills in a high-paced and high-pressure environment. Over the next thirteen years, Jillian continued her employment in various medical settings enhancing her scheduling, coordination, and emergency department technician expertise until moving into elder care management in 2022. 

As an Eldercare Manager for Connecticut Community Care, Jillian developed her understanding of person-centered planning, community-based resources, care plan development, and community transition processes. This wealth of professional knowledge and the securement of a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management with a specialization in Health Services management made her a perfect fit for the SLG's Management Team where Jillian successfully oversees a caseload of ABI Waiver participants assisting them to move towards their personal and professional goals.
