Stormi Welch

Program Manager

Stormi Welch was recruited by The Supported Living Group to take on a Program Manager role spearheading the expansion of our ASD program and supporting participants under both Connecticut ASD and ABI waivers. Possessing a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a specialization in child and adolescent development from Southern New Hampshire University, Stormi is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Applied Behavioral Analysis at Regis College, advancing towards certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

With over nine years of hands-on experience, Stormi has worked closely with children and adolescents facing diverse behavioral, learning, and neurodivergent challenges across clinical, in-home, community, and school environments. Her extensive background equips her with invaluable insights into effective methods for developing our ASD program at SLG and supporting the diverse needs of SLG’s Connecticut ABI Waiver I & II program participants.

Driven by her profound passion and commitment, Stormi thrives on assisting individuals and families as they navigate through obstacles, while also rejoicing in their triumphs.
