Heather O’Reilly
Executive Assistant
Heather O’Reilly is an Executive Assistant with more than 25 years of experience in administration, program coordination, and human services. In her role, she provides direct support to executive leadership, helping to manage day-to-day operations, coordinate across departments, and support overall organizational efficiency. She also contributes to program operations, including staffing coordination and client communication, helping ensure services run smoothly and effectively.
Heather brings extensive experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with Acquired and Traumatic Brain Injuries (ABI/TBI), Autism Spectrum Disorder, older adults, and individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and related conditions. Her background reflects a strong commitment to person-centered care and supporting individuals across a range of needs.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Eastern Connecticut State University and a Certificate in Human Service Management from Clark University. Throughout her career, Heather has been recognized for her leadership and advocacy, receiving honors such as the HMEA Board of Directors Award, the Massachusetts DMR Human Rights Award, and the HMEA Advocacy Award.
