Joslyn Tellier, MS, BCBA
Clinical Support Specialist
Joslyn Tellier, M.S., BCBA, has held both administrative and interdisciplinary roles in both public and private programs. Her most recent role was as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the Bradley School, where she provided clinical behavior support for children, adolescents, and young adults with developmental disabilities, autism, mental health, and behavioral challenges. She mainly focused on social-emotional learning and decreasing maladaptive behaviors using a trauma-informed approach. Additionally, her role as Behavior Coordinator involved leading and managing classroom behavior specialists across the program.
Some areas of expertise include supervising and managing behavior technicians, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, developing and implementing comprehensive behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with families and related stakeholders. Additionally, Joslyn has been a trainer in crisis prevention and management to support individuals with significant behavioral challenges.
Joslyn holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from The University of Saint Joseph and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Behavior Analysis from Eastern Connecticut State University. She brings over 10 years of experience in applied behavior analysis, supporting individuals with a variety of needs in home-based, school, and clinical settings. Throughout her career, she has focused on building functional skills, reducing barriers to learning, and partnering with individuals, families, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate, data-driven care. She values collaboration, ethical practice, and individualized programming that honors each person's strengths and goals. At The Supported Living Group, she is passionate about sharing her expertise to tailor interventions and programming to individual needs.
When Joslyn isn’t at the office, she enjoys activities such as weightlifting, painting, and attending concerts. If you don’t see her out and about, you’ll find her at home snuggling up with her pug Chloe.
