Joslyn Tellier, MS, BCBA

Clinical Support Specialist

Joslyn Tellier is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over ten years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, mental health, and behavioral challenges across home, school, and clinical settings. She has held both clinical and leadership roles in public and private programs, bringing a well-rounded and collaborative approach to care.

Most recently, Joslyn served as a BCBA at the Bradley School, where she provided clinical behavioral support to children, adolescents, and young adults. Her work emphasized social-emotional development and the reduction of maladaptive behaviors through a trauma-informed, person-centered lens. In her role as Behavior Coordinator, she also provided leadership and supervision to classroom behavior specialists, supporting consistency and quality across programming.

Joslyn’s areas of expertise include conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, developing and implementing comprehensive behavior intervention plans, and supervising and mentoring behavior technicians. She is also experienced in crisis prevention and management training, equipping teams to effectively support individuals with complex behavioral needs. She values strong collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure meaningful, individualized outcomes.

She holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Saint Joseph and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Behavior Analysis from Eastern Connecticut State University.

At The Supported Living Group, Joslyn is passionate about delivering compassionate, data-informed support while helping individuals build functional skills, increase independence, and achieve their personal goals. She is committed to ethical practice and creating individualized programming that honors each person’s strengths.

Outside of her professional role, Joslyn enjoys weightlifting, painting, and attending concerts. She also loves spending time at home with her pug, Chloe.
