Administrative Assistant

Mary has been a valued member of The Supported Living Group team since 2022, bringing over 20 years of experience in management and customer service. She began her work at SLG as a Direct Care Professional and has since transitioned into her current role as Office Assistant and Onboarding Specialist.

Drawing on her direct care experience, Mary plays a key role in onboarding and vetting new staff, ensuring that each team member is thoughtfully matched to the unique needs of the individuals we support. Her understanding of both the clinical and interpersonal aspects of care allows her to help build strong, effective support teams across the organization.

Mary brings both personal and professional experience in home care and healthcare to her work. Her dedication is deeply personal, shaped by her experience as a mother to a son diagnosed with cerebral palsy and autism at an early age. This lived experience provides her with a meaningful understanding of the challenges faced by individuals and families within the ABI and ASD communities.

At SLG, Mary is passionate about supporting individuals and families with the same level of care, advocacy, and commitment that she brings to her own family, ensuring that those we serve receive compassionate, high-quality support.
