The Supported Living Group (SLG) provides Connecticut Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Waiver I & II services throughout New Haven County, supporting adults living with traumatic and non-traumatic brain injuries as they rebuild independence, strengthen daily living skills, and reconnect with their communities.
