Office Assistant

Nicole has been a valued member of The Supported Living Group team since 2018, bringing nearly 25 years of experience in customer service and executive administrative support. Her professional foundation began in her family’s restaurant business, where she developed strong skills in operations, organization, and customer engagement that continue to inform her work today. Based in our Eastern Regional Office, Nicole plays an integral role in supporting administrative functions while also sharing knowledge and best practices across SLG’s regional teams, contributing to a cohesive and collaborative work environment.

Nicole’s connection to the community healthcare field is both professional and personal. Her experience includes providing care for her grandmother, as well as supporting SLG participants, reflecting a genuine commitment to compassionate, person-centered service.

Known for her strong attention to detail and reliability, Nicole helps ensure that daily operations run efficiently while meeting the needs of both staff and participants. She is consistently approachable, team-oriented, and willing to provide support wherever it is needed to help others succeed.

Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys spending time at home with her pets, Charles and Klaire, who keep her active and entertained.
