Rebecca Baitch serves as a Program Coordinator at The Supported Living Group, bringing a strong foundation in leadership, program operations, and staff development. Rebecca’s experience includes overseeing staff teams, coordinating services, and ensuring programs operate efficiently while maintaining high standards of care. She has been actively involved in recruiting, hiring, and training employees, supporting day-to-day operations, and maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Her strength lies in balancing operational demands with a people-focused approach that promotes accountability, collaboration, and consistency.

In addition to her leadership experience, Rebecca has worked closely with individuals with autism and diverse developmental needs. She utilizes principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support skill development, independence, and daily living.
