The Supported Living Group (SLG) provides Connecticut ABI Waiver I & II services throughout the state, supporting adults living with acquired brain injuries in their homes, communities, workplaces, and preferred environments.
With dedicated brick-and-mortar locations in Avon, Bethany, and Danielson, Connecticut, SLG maintains a statewide service model that combines local accessibility with specialized ABI rehabilitation expertise. Our geographic footprint allows individuals and families across Connecticut to access experienced brain injury professionals while receiving services tailored to their individual goals and communities.
